Liz Roozendaal

Liz has been a Skills4Work Competitive Edge Programme Manager for 2 years and has worked with both manufacturing businesses and service providers on lean implementation, and organisational and cultural change.

Liz worked in Industrial Relations for 12 years in all areas including change management, and specialised in Adult Education and training. She also spent 5 years in the Pulp and Paper manufacturing industry.

A culture of continuous improvement is the key to a successful organisation. A workforce fully engaged in a lean programme is critical and Liz is passionate about empowering workers to engage and use their skills and talents to ensure their jobs are both rewarding and secure.
