Graeme McMillan

Graeme is Senior Programme Manager for Skills4Work covering Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty. In that time he has coached and mentored more than 17 companies in their lean implementation, from sectors as diverse as food manufacture, aeronautical, engineering, clerical / administration, construction, laboratory and printing. Graeme has directly trained more than 500 staff from these companies, giving them the skills and knowledge to implement lean in their own work areas, and ensure continuous improvement becomes the ‘new normal’.

Graeme’s auditing background in the Dairy Industry enables him to quickly identify issues in complex environments and hone in on possible solutions.  He has a Certificate in Tertiary Teaching (Level 5) and is currently working towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies at Waikato University.
